By using Espresso (the “Service”), you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Using the Service means you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app. We may update or extend these terms occasionally. Your continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
2. Using the Service
When using the Service, you agree to not misuse it, follow all applicable laws and regulations and to not replicate, distribute, or resell any part of our app without permission. Thorup Ventures may also refuse access to the Service or close accounts of any users at any time.
3. Multi-store subscriptions
The Service offers a functionality by which you can manage multiple stores under one subscription. This functionality is subject to the following terms:
- Each store you manage under the multi-store subscription must be owned and operated by you.
- Unless specifically approved, the managed stores must share a common product line or theme, such as selling the same products in different countries.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of stores you can manage under one subscription.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and liability for damages related to your use of the Service. In no event shall Thorup Ventures, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
5. Governing Law
These terms of use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. All disputes between Thorup Ventures and you (whether or not such dispute involves a third party) shall be submitted exclusively to a competent court of law in Denmark.
